CoQ10 appears in studies of ovarian response and sperm parameters. Results are mixed, sample sizes are often small, and products differ in form (ubiquinone vs ubiquinol) and actual content.
It is not a required fertility treatment. Anyone on blood thinners or preparing for surgery should ask a clinician first.
